In case you encounter any difficulties while installing or using your product, we recommend that you to refer to instructions or information in the Forum section of this website.
The warranty period starts with the day of purchase of the product from Hommie or Hommie-authorized reseller. Keep your proof of purchase. If any defect due to faulty materials and/or workmanship occurs within the warranty period, please send it back to Hommie(address), Hommie will make arrangements for free of charge service. Make sure that your device is as far as possible packaged in the original packaging materials. Use a solid replacement packaging if possible. The transport risk lies with you.
Where a repair is not possible or is deemed uneconomical Hommie may agree to replace the product. Replacement will be offered at Hommie discretion and the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase.
The Hommie warranty applies provided the product has been handled properly for its intended use and in accordance with the operating instructions.
The warranty does not cover for the losses consequent in nature, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of business. The Hommie Warranty does not apply if:
The purchase documents have been altered in any way or made illegible.
The Product and/or Accessory has been subjected to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper transportation, accident, crack, wear and tear, alteration or design change by anyone other than Hommie.
The Product and/or Accessory has been used in violation of installation manual, service manual, end-user’s manual or otherwise instructions furnished by Hommie.
The defect is caused by connection to peripherals, additional equipment or accessories other than those recommended by Hommie.
In order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, we advise you to refer to instructions or information in the Forum section of this website before contacting Hommie. To obtain service within the warranty period, please contact the Hommie After-sales Service. To be able to help you efficiently when you contact Hommie, you as the buyer may contact the store where the device was purchased or provide us the E-commerce Platform Name, the Store name, model number (also sometimes called model ID) and order ID. Your product serial number as indicated on the back of the product.
Default Warranty Period : 12 months (after date of purchase)
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the warranty and remedy constitute Hommie’s sole and exclusive liability and buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty and epidemic failure with respect to the products sold under this agreement, and are in lieu of, and buyer hereby waives, all other warranties, remedies, guaranties, conditions or liabilities, express or implied, by law or otherwise, for any products and spare parts thereof furnished hereunder. The parties hereby agree that the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded from this transaction and shall not apply for the products and spare parts thereof.
